Both our office staff and our on-site personnel provide expertise and knowledge in handling the most difficult projects successfully, cost-effectively and on time. We pride ourselves on providing quality, professional service and strive for innovative and practical ways to undertake all projects, large or small.

Project Diversity & Wide Range of Service

While our focus is on high-rise structures, we also provide our services for institutional buildings such as nursing homes and industrial complexes. We are a fully bondable company and provide full mechanical services including design-build and engineering. We operate out of a 15,000-square foot complex that holds our office, warehouse and in-shop pre-fabrication. We also have 2 acres of outdoor storage.

Lisi Mechanical is a family-owned and operated business. We have a knowledgeable office staff, 200 on-site personnel and a 40 vehicle fleet to serve our customers. We recently launched a service division to better serve our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
